Études Studio offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure a seamless process for all international and domestic returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our studio.
